An expanding pod can be set up in just a matter of hours. An expandable container home (2+ bedroom) will usually take 2-3 days.

Many smaller tiny homes can be placed onto a property without council approval if mounted on top of a trailer. Larger tiny homes may require a DA. We can guide you through the approval process.

Yes. You can add your own solar or we offer an expandable container home with solar, wind and battery for full off-grid capability.

It depends on the product; the budget model expandable pod is not customisable, but some other models we can supply are.
