Freight Costs & Delivery
All deliveries are made using a hiab truck with a small crane (10m reach). The truck must have clear access to the site—soft ground, steep inclines, or tight access may prevent full delivery. In such cases, unloading will occur as close as possible, and a separate crane may be required.
For remote or interstate customers, freight costs can be high. You may consider teaming up with another buyer to split sea freight to your nearest port (e.g., Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne).

With self-sufficient power, flexible expansion, and thoughtful design, this container house offers a modern solution for off-grid living, holiday stays, rural retreats, or additional dwellings.
By default it comes with a standard flushing toilet, if you prefer to supply your own toilet, e.g. a cassette or composting toilet, the unit can be supplied without a toilet for you to source your own.
A 20kwh battery is available at request.
A 30ft or 40ft version of this container house is also available at request.
