Please note: The freight ESTIMATE is based on a hiab truck with a small crane that can reach up to 10m from the truck. The hiab truck is not capable of lifting over a house. If you do not have sufficient access for the truck to get close to the drop-off point, the truck will unload as close as possible, and you will need a separate (large) crane.
Is the site on a steep incline? Is the ground soggy or muddy?
You should ensure the path for the truck is one that the truck will not get bogged. It is at the driver’s discretion as to whether he will risk driving over soft ground. If he cannot reach your desired location, he will unload as close as possible.
As you can see with the freight calculator, if you are located outside of NSW the road freight will be quite high, an alternative would be for you to find a buyer for a second pod locally (via Facebook marketplace for example) and once we have an order for 2 pods we can have them delivered via your closest seaport (e.g Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne etc.) for much less than road freight.

Alternatively, you could put your name on a waiting list with us, and when we have another buyer nearby, we can proceed with sea freight to your closest port or go roughly halves in road freight.
